Our program is offered to teens through partnering agencies. Students are either referred to Youth Directions by a public or alternative school or by an agency that works with the at-risk and underprivileged youth population. Youth Directions also provides its “Passion Seeking Process” to private schools, youth groups, church groups, camps and any organization that works with young people

Our students meet with their coach for an hour once a week. The coach takes them though our signature six-step “Passion/Purpose Seeking Process.” Youth are provided with our unique Passion/Purpose Seeking Workbook and the companion Passion/Purpose Seeking Guidebook. These tools guide them through the six-step process that culminates in them making a ten-year goal that they will enthusiastically pursue and be passionate about achieving. The program provides participants with real opportunities to experience the areas and fields of their passion.  At the end of the process, participants are paired with a volunteer mentor that shares their passions and guides them to succeed at their ten-year goal.

Ultimately, Youth Directions helps teens discover a purposeful, productive path at which they can uniquely succeed.
